You agree to use DispatchMailer only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to:

• Send unsolicited emails (spam) to people who have not consented to receive them
• Send emails containing illegal, harmful, misleading, or offensive content
• Harvest or scrape email addresses without consent
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable email marketing laws
• Send emails impersonating another person or organization
• Use the platform for phishing, fraud, or any criminal activity

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of every email you send through our platform
• Ensuring you have permission to email every recipient on your list
• Honoring unsubscribe requests promptly
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Keeping your account credentials secure

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these terms, engaged in spamming, or used our platform for illegal purposes. No refund will be issued for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

6. Payments

Payments are made directly to DispatchMailer via the agreed payment method. All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

DispatchMailer is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
