When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. When you use the platform we collect information about your sending activity including email counts and plan usage.
The email addresses you upload or paste into DispatchMailer are your data. We do not sell, share, or use your contact lists for any purpose other than sending the emails you instruct us to send. Your lists are processed in your browser and only the sending instructions reach our servers.
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Email sending is handled through Resend. Both services maintain industry-standard security practices.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
